Our spay/neuter requirements are simple. You will sign a spay/neuter agreement to have a pet puppy purchased from us spayed
or neutered between the ages of 12 to 18 months of age.
No puppy from us to is to be spayed/neutered before the puppy is 12 months old and all pet puppies are to be spayed/neutered by the time the puppy is 18 months of age. We prefer closer to 18 months. Visit the links below to see why:
As stated on our pricing page, only owners of our puppies that are spayed or neutered by the time the puppy is 18 months of age will be eligible to get the $150.00 refund off the purchase price of the puppy of $1,200.00.
In addition, any pet puppy from us that is bred for any reason, accident or otherwise will void the refund to the puppies owner and that puppy will still be required to be spayed/neutered by the time the puppy is 18 months of age. Any puppy not spayed/neutered by the time the puppy is 18 months of age will have to be returned to us at the owners expense. Further no puppies produced by a pet dog or bitch from us will be able to be registered as all of our pet puppies will only have Limited AKC registration.
We take this very seriously. Please make sure you do not void your refund. We want to give you your $150.00 back once we have proof that your puppy is spayed/neutered. There will be no exceptions.
